TESTIMONIALSHaving extensively searched the web for great rates on freight shipping, I found and settled on Meridian Logistics. After arriving at a rate, I allowed other companies who offered to meet the price try....no luck, I was even told they could not understand how Meridian Logistics could get me this great a price. Being skeptical, I had their representative Steven check with the freight company to insure me that they could provide the service I requested (shipping a rather large, very expensive, heavy and bulky refrigerator and freezer, and delivering it inside my home). I was assured they could provide the service. Steven was totally easy to deal with and very helpful every step of the way. When I told the appliance company which freight company Steven contracted with, they were very pleased and noted they receive their refrigerators and freezers from the same company and that they would do a good job. Despite a snow storm along the way, the appliances arrived totally on time and as it turns out in perfect condition. They morning of the delivery, however, the freight company retracted their agreement to deliver the appliance inside my home. None to pleased, I immediately called Steven who spent hours trying to resolve this problem. He communicated with me each step of the way, answered all my questions, heard all my concerns, handled my frustrations, and resolved the problem. I could not ask for better and more respectful customer service. Despite the freight company refusing to do the job they agreed upon in writing, Meridian Logistics lived up to their promise and took responsibility for the problem. In today's day and age of terrible customer service and companies dropping their commitments once a product is paid for, Steven and Meridian Logistics hung in their and followed through flawlessly. I encourage anyone who has a need for a company to haul merchandise to save themselves problems by using Meridian Logistics and look no further.
